Prices
and Exchange Rate Calculator
All prices are in Canadian
dollars. The current rate of exchange that your credit
card will give is approximately $1.00 US = $1.05 Canadian (subject
to change without notice).
We've included a handy
exchange calculator on our web site. You should see it at the
top left.

Canada: You
can pay by Visa, Mastercard or Paypal.

We also now accept
payment through Paypal. This
is an online payment method that you can hook up your personal
bank account (for those who don't have a credit card) or Visa/MC/AMEX
also. It's convenient and safe. Place your order and we shall
send you a Paypal Invoice that you can pay through their site.
Note that you'll need to set up a free account if you haven't
done so already. Instructions on setting up an account will be
included with the Paypal invoice we send. There is NO charge to
use this service. It's just another convenient payment method.
Taxes
Residents of Canada
are subject to GST or HST with the rate dependant on their respective province. International orders are sales tax
exempt. All prices listed do not include applicable
taxes.
Shipping
& Handling (for costs and exact
shipping methods)
Canada: We use
UPS STANDARD for shipping. They operate a door to door service
in Canada to any location accessible by public road at rates comparable
to the post office. UPS cannot deliver to a post box number. For
those areas not serviced by UPS we ship by Canada Parcel Post
Insured.
United Sates and
Rest of the World: We ship by UPS or the post office insured.
You can specify ground or air service. The price varies by location/state
and weight.
Orders are usually
processed within 2-3 business days of receipt if products are
in stock. UPS orders are shipped the same day as processing but
there are delays of 3-7 days for Post office as we only go to
the post office once a week (Thurs/Fri). For faster delivery please
inquire or specify preferred carrier. Customers are responsible
for all shipping charges unless other special arrangements are
made in advance. A $4.00 pack handling will be applied to all
orders, regardless of size. There is no minimum order.
Our Shipping rates with UPS are preferred rates and the discounts are passed onto the customer. Given the wide range of shipping destinations and weights with our products, it's hard to post definitive shipping rates on our site or provide flat rate shipping. Feel free to call or email us if you're concerned about the shipping rates. We do compare rates with Canada Post and will choose them over UPS if the rates are more competitive.
All duties, customs and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please be aware of your country's import fees and customs rules before ordering.
Billing
Inquiries
If you have any questions
about billing or need any additional information, please contact
our accounting department at 1-905-415-8559, Monday thru Friday,
10am to 6pm EST. Ask for Dixon.
Claims
and Adjustments
Please inspect your
shipment carefully upon arrival and report any loss or damage
to us within five days. We shall gladly substitute or replace
defective merchandise. If your order was damaged in shipment,
keep all packing materials and contact us. We shall notify the
carrier of the problem.
Goods
are not accepted for return without prior authorization.
For
non-defective returns, there is a 15% restocking charge. Shipping charges and cut
fabrics are non refundable
NOTE: all returns
are to be sent by the Postal Service. Any returns sent by UPS,
Fedex or other couriers may incur duties, brokage fees or service
chartges which will be the sole responsiblity of the customer.
